Content & Moderation Policy
This policy describes how content is published on AryaSetu today. The rules differ by content type.
Content held for review
Library content and events submitted by verified members are held for review and are shown only after an administrator approves them.
New institution listings are also reviewed before they are shown. Decisions on institution listings are recorded in a moderation log.
Content published when submitted
Posts, comments, and Vivah, Bikri Kendra, Seva and Jobs listings are published when submitted. Administrators can hide or remove posts that break the Community Guidelines.
Events by branch administrators
Events created by administrators and by branch administrators for their own branch are published directly.
Action on content
Content that breaks the Community Guidelines or applicable law may be hidden, edited or removed by administrators.
Moderation is not verification
Review or approval means only that the content was checked against platform rules. It does not mean AryaSetu has verified every fact in the content, or that AryaSetu endorses it.
